Meet Dr. Ali
Kristine B. Ali, DMD is delighted to be with Dr. Wartell and his staff at the Center for Dental Medicine. She welcomes you to join our lovely practice, where improving your oral health is our priority. Dr. Ali is a general dentist, and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Her recommendations integrate evidence-based dentistry – a combination of sound research, clinical expertise, and individual patient values. Dr. Ali’s treatment goals include prevention of oral problems and treating oral infections such as periodontal disease and caries (tooth decay). Preserving and/or improving the function of your bite and TMJ is an important focus as well. She believes that achieving oral health can greatly improve one’s quality of life and overall health and wellness. Dr. Ali enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, Cyrus, and golden retriever, Abby. Additional interests include baking, photography, painting, and traveling. Born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, Dr. Ali obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Carroll College in Helena, Montana. At Carroll she was an Honors Scholar and researched heavy metal contaminations. This ultimately lead to an environmental cleanup at Helena’s popular fishing and swimming hole, Spring Meadow Lake. Dr. Ali attended the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland where she was awarded Doctor of Dental Medicine. In 2008, she was invited to lecture at the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference in Seattle, Washington. Active in organized dentistry, Dr. Ali is a member of the Santa Fe District Dental Society, American Dental Association, and New Mexico Dental Association. She highly values ontinuing education, and is currently enrolled in both the Dawson Academy and Pankey Institute continuing education programs. We enjoy answering your questions.
