Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept several methods of payment. Please know that payment is due when services are rendered.

Line of credit
- We have made arrangements with lending companies to have loans available for most of our patients. Some of these loans may be interest-free. These loans allow many patients to complete the treatment they choose in a timely manner.
We accept the following credit cards:

- Diners Club
Dental insurance
- We will complete your dental insurance claim forms, and request that you pay us for your estimated portion of the fee. Your dental insurance company will usually pay us directly, so that you need only pay the deductible and copay amounts. Dr. Ali is a provider for the NM State Employees insurance plan, United Concordi, Delta Premier, and DentalSource. Dr. Wartell is not a participating provider with any dental insurance companies. If your insurer refuses to pay us directly, you will have to pay us in full at the time of service, and be reimbursed by your insurer.
